Telkom response on HelloPeter a pure lie

After my 24 month period contract with Telkom I decided not to renew. I notified them in writing in December 2015. Subsequently my contract is still not cancelled, each time I get told that they will need to come back to me, they never do, even on Hello Peter they write they will contact me, they never do in fact the increased the account to new increased contract rates.<br> <br> I did not agree to any of this and want my money back, you are *****ing from me!
