Telkom responed but did NOTHING again !

Wow, received a call from Telkom, listened to my complaint (s), Promised to solve my complaints, promised to send required info via email, promised that I would get a call from their Data people etc. etc.10 days later NOTHING (that's the Telkom I know) . If it was not for the fact that all my biz cards, letterheads, signs etc. have my Telkom details, or that I have Telkom LTE ****les, routers and contracts as well as a very expensive Telkom only aerial I would change tomorrow. but this will cost me a fortune. Hate to use the Hellkom title, but please can someone who cares contact me..I'm not looking for lip service, I'm looking for results and solutions. Data section should take a leaf out of their fixed line counterparts (they are excellent) Data section, well typical MONOPOLY attitude.Reminds me of Blackberry and AltaVista and look where they are today....
