Telkom requesting payments for an account they refuse to close

I am being harassed to pay for a closed Telkom account by Blake collections.

I requested this account to be closed in 2020. After speaking to an agent they confirmed that the account was closed and the last payment I made on the account was correct.

I received communication on 14 October 2021 from a Telkom retentions agent that he had to log an IT ticket to cease the account as he was unable to close order: ***A

My reference for my first request of cancellation is case number ***7.

I've even been contacted by RPP Law and I have advised them accordingly. Their references: ***, 42M068740 I want a resolution by COB today (15/02/2022) or I will be taking this matter further!
