TELKOM Reps MESSED up phone - DOESNT work anymore

HI <br> <br> my adsl line has not been working prior to 18 June ...and TELKOM cannot fix this !<br> <br> Refer 271CRK180615, F207689 , 704 733....for your info.<br> <br> DANI SITOLE *** CAME TO FIX ADSL LINE this past saturday . Since he left i found out that BOTH BOTH the home phone & adsl doesnt work .... !!!!<br> <br> I use both mediums ...landline & ADSL for work purposes and i am at wits end , as TELKOM FAILED to fix the line from 18 JUNE. <br> <br> DANI SITOLE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME THRU TODAY AT 11.30 TO 12 PM . ITS NOW 13H35 AND HE HAS NOT PITCHED !!!!<br> <br> IS THIS TELKOM SERVICE ???<br> <br> CANT ANYONE OF THE TECHNICIANS AT TELKOM FIX THIS LINE ....so at least i can make phone calls ???<br> <br> <br> SIMPLY PATHETHIC<br> <br> AWAITING YOUR URGENT CALL ...
