Telkom replace Fix lune with Wireless

Do not upgrade (sorry downgrade) to Telkom's new wireless phone that is suppose to replace your fixed landline phone. After Telkom replace the phone I constantly getting complaints from family that cant get hold of us. Message coming up subscriber not available. In this case we are at home. We reported this problem several times. Within a day I received a message problem resolved. I even spoke to the technical department. I never had this problem with the fixed line. DN Denner
