Telkom repeatedly collects unauthorised debitorder from pensioner widow for deceased's account

After numerous requests to not hold the widow responsible for the deceased's contract, Telkom continues to collect the debit order.

Surely the contract with Telkom expires when the person passes away? Is it not inhumane to keep collecting money from the pensioner widow for services that are not being rendered?
