Telkom repairs/service request not actioned but still closed off.

'They' stole the Telkom telephone/ADSL cable enclosure in front of my house for s**** metal, i can only assume. Telephone wires are now exposed and open to the elements. In an effort to minimise cost and damage to Telkom, i have reported it three times to them and each time i receive an sms two days later to say call has been resolved and closed. Nobody has yet come to replace the enclosure. Surely there is someone in Telcon that still gives a damn? I need this resolved before paying customers, including myself, on the road are affected and start having service issues?
