Telkom repairs sucks!!!!

Telkom Cresta has had my phone in repairs for over 3 weeks and the feedback is **********! I walked in the store twice and none of the employees were interested in assisting me. I called multiple times only to be directed to a robot. This has been an inconvenience to me as I urgently need my phone back! I don't even know the progress of the repairs as no one is responding or communicating with me! This is so flippin annoying!
