Telkom Repairs non existent -= Zilch repairs happening
<p>Still no service on 011 974 ...number since 2 March. We waited 5 days for a repair, The phones worked for exactly one day then off again, After cable lines ****** they never corectly connected. Everyones lines are switched in the community. Ref 63/CKR08/03/2017 (Second reference number form 8th March. This is total incompentence on Telkoms side. Their staff do NOT have sufficient training to resolve issues. We are paying good money to Telkom for ****py service !!!! I discourage people from using Telkom now and wish there was another decent service provider in this country. Shocked at this bad service (Well cthis can't be called service an its not a service!!!)</p> <p>Previous posted this on Hell Peter - got 2 responses from Telkom via Hello Peter, but no action. Whats the point!!!!</p>
I got 2 responses last week when I posted this and nothing has happened. I have reported and check on the progress ona daily basis too - no joy!!

I have a new escalation number this morning from a wonderful lady at Telkom Lelethu 971057. She called the designated Technician named????? who says he will see to this line switch as soon as he is finished with his current repair. He will go to the exchange and try repair otherwise he will call to come to the house. Probably the most efficient staff member I have managed tos peak to the last month.
