Telkom Repairs Incomptency

I took my i-phone in for repairs (Cracked Screen) at Clearwater Mall - Johannesburg and when the phone got back from the repairs it wouldn’t switch on. First of all I couldn’t check if the phone is functional since the store didn’t have a charger, my charger was all the way in mahikeng in the north west. So when I got home I tried charging with no luck, after a few weeks I took it in at Matlosana Mall and the phone was returned not repaired because find my i-phone was on, my question is who activated it?, I am now at Clearwater again and I’m told the warranty has expired meanwhile I cancelled my insurance while the phone was in for repairs because it is expensive and had to pay a hefty access. I might have take long to return the phone but I still feel that this is a return job and I am not willing to pay to get the phone repaired
