Telkom repairs

Sunday night my Wifi went down, we contacted Cell C who are our service provider- they logged an escalation with Openserve to come and fix the cable- Open serve come on Monday and left shortly saying they will be coming back the same day to fix with cable people. which never happened. I called the technician and no answer for 4 days, i called the call center and received a rude agent who refused to give me the supervisors name- and she eventually hang up on me. what kind of customer service is this- the call is recorded open-serve should review these things and take steps to better it. I had to escalate it from Cell C side having the mangers emailed- whos hands were tied but assisted in feedback. The service received from Open-serve is the worst ever- they arrived at my premises this morning and fixed the problem in 20 mins- but we waited since Monday for a 20 min repair? On top of me calling non stop for 4 days with no feedback or estimated time of completion.
