Telkom repair service non existent!!!

The service of Telkom is non existent. A Telkom overhead cable came loose from the pole in front of our guesthouse. We had to lift the cable and support it to prevent damage to the cable and the vehicles when entering the premises. We logged an urgent fault on 8 December and nothing happened for 6 days. We drove 120 km to the nearest Telkom office to report it again and a gentleman contacted us from Gauteng and said they will urgently attend to the problem. 4 days later and we are still waiting. It is a safety risk and a lot of houses will be affected if the cable breaks.
