Telkom Repair ****

I got this SMS: "Dear Mr Fani *** Your device has been deemed out of warranty and has been quoted for R4,339.00incl VAT..." Telkom please attend to this My phone is less than 3 months old, and I sent it in because it suddenly started being slow, and then didn't wanna turn on when I tried to restart. The phone has a very tiny crack on the top of the screen, which it got a week after buying it. It has been working perfectly all along, but now, the repair people are claiming all my problems are because of that crack, simply because they can't figure out what to do.

Telkom please attend to this and protect us as your customers. Your repair people get away with not knowing what's wrong with a phone by claiming physical damage. It is ridiculous that I am supposed to pay R4,339.00 for a phone that just died on me, without any negligence.
