TELKOM REPAIR RIP-OFF - NO COMMUNICATION FROM TELKOM

<p>I logged a complaint on the 6th of May 2017 regarding how telkom repairs wants to ******* people through extravangant repair costs.</p> <p>They never got back to me besides the confirmation message that they received my complaint.</p> <p>This is really really terrible service from telkom - since march i have to pay for a device that i dont have. how can you people rip us off so much - You are like people taking from the poor and giving to the rich</p> <p>Please come right and help us where you at fault. I believe many people face these challenges but through all the ups and downs you try to make us discouraged so we just leave things the way it is.</p>
