telkom repair lasted 1 day

Phone and internet down reported. No response - Hello Peter and wow Telkom responds. Technician came on Monday - fixed line - internet still a problem. 1 day afterwards line crackling again and internet worse than ever. Telkom phoned - follow-up I missed the call. Can't phone back outgoing calls only. Phoned the call centre they can't help. Think Telkom are useless! Going to change to Vodacom 3G after years and years of being a loyal Telkom customer
