TELKOM REPAIR CENTRE SOLD MY PHONE, I WANT IT BACK!!

Good day, I have a cellphone contract with #TELKOM, in June my phone had a problem so I took it to a Telkom branch in Tgyervalley, the consultant booked my phone for repairs they sent it away, I was told to pay an amount of +/`- R189 for "admission fees" and I should wait for communication should they have any information regarding my phone they will contact me via sms or a phone call, about 3 week later I received an sms saying that my phone was rejected for repairs and I should make a payment for "admission fee" to get my phone back, I made a payment but I never got a communication saying that they received my payment or when I will receive my phone back even though they did not fix it, I was in and out of the Telkom branch in Tygervalley but no one seems to know what happened to my phone, I showed the consultants the proof of payment as they required it and they kept saying I must wait for 7 working days for the payment to reflect on their repair centre, I waited for more than 7 days still I got no reply nor communication on what is happening to my phone and bare in mind my phone was booked in June for repairs and í'm still paying for that phone but I'm not using it, beginning of December I went to Telkom branch in Tygervalley again I asked the consultant to check on their system to what is happening with my phone and why I have not received my phone yet its been months now and i'm paying for something i'm not even using , the consultant said all they can do is to send my proof of payment to their repair centre and he gave me the number of their repair centre and he said the is absolutely nothing they can do I should deal with this matter with the Telkom repair centre, I was so disappointed when I was told to take the matter into my own hands because them as Telkom consultants the is nothing they can do for me as their customer, later that day one of the Telkom consultants approached me and she said she can check for me what is really happening with my phone, following day I bothered myself again to the Telkom branch in Tygervalley , the consultant checked for me in their system and she found out that my cellphone which i'm still paying till today was sold by Telkom repair centre on the 26/10/20. she showed me that my phone was sold and she gave me a printout as proof to say or show that my phone was really sold, I was very angry and hurt by what Telkom did to me, I don't care if my phone was in repairs for months or years but Telkom had no right nor a permission to sell my phone, it is my phone and i'm still paying for it till now. Telkom I want my phone back.
