Telkom repair center is useless.

Horrible customer service. After opening a contract after one month, out of the blue, the phones touch screen stops working and then wouldnt come on the next day.I took the phone back to telkom for them to tell me they need to send it in for assesment and repair and it will take 21 days. Having to purchase an additional phone as i am running a business as they cannot give me a temporary phone. They then phone me a month and a half later to tell me the phone is water damaged when it was not actually exposed to water whatsoever and would like 90% of the phones value to repair the phone. I dont see the logic in repairing the phone if you can just purchase a brand new one for a extra 10% of the value so i told them not to fix it and send it back to me. They requested R189.00 to send the phone back aswell which i had to pay. I have taken the phone to somebody else for a second opinion confirming the phone is not water damaged and that is a factory malfunction. Im extremely disappointed with there poor service and ill informed knowledge on there own products. I now have to pay 23 months of the contract without the benefit of using the phone.
