Telkom repair

I have contracts with telkom not 1 not 2 but 4 contracts within a year of upgrading my contract the phone just stop working I took it in for repair as it was still under warranty, they send it to their 3rd party repair center after days they send me a R3200 invoice telling me my phone is cracked inside I dispute that till today nothing is happening since mid August, telkom im still waiting for my phone as I'm paying the contract every month
