Telkom removes funds that were reversed a year lat

this has been going on since december. telkom deducted funds from my account *******ly. the funds removed were in fact supposedly related to a reversal of error charge they passed in feb 2015. every time i call call centre they say they working on it. i get email replies to hello peter complaints simply to we will contact you. they don't. this is th*ft if they cannot explain this. they cannot even call me!!
