Telkom Remarkable Customer Service- going beyond your call

I have been looking for mifi router all day on the 26 March 2020 without success. After many phone calls, I called Telkom at Cresta mall and the manager Mr Irfaan promptly assisted my partner and I. We rushed to the Telkom to find a long a queue which was caused by the store's slow system on the day. Nonetheless we waited, until we got a consultant to assist us. Side note: even though the store was busy and queues were long, the staff was friendly and gave exceptional service.

Because their systems were low we spent 3 hours in the store, waiting for our purchase to be processed, the store closed, workers knocked off and we were still waiting and we understood it was not their fault.

Because we had been waiting for long and the consultant were using public transport, Irfaan the store manager and Khensani the supervisor decided to give us their office router to use for the lockdown period without a charge and that to me was incredible #supportlocal.

From their patience, exceptional customer service, sacrifice to customers and trust in their customers was remarkable and commendable.
