Telkom rejection fee

So I was about to write a long story about Telkom, but having went through the Telkom complaints here it's clear it's no need to complain about Telkom your call centre agents are just not helpful at all

Please re visit the rejection fee concept. I have been a client for over ten years and I have had more than five contracts with you guys and I've never defaulted or missed a debit. But I honestly didn't like the service received from two agents I spoke to they didn't value me at all.

I can't pay that rejection fee whereas its you'll fault
