Telkom Rejection fee!!

So sometime In December I was out of the country and for some reason or the other telkom didn't debit their money on the debit day I have a contract of R130 Telkom Charge me an additional R204.55

I got the shock of my life initially I thought it was because I was roaming but then only to find out it was a rejection fee which I knew nothing about I immediately got on the line with customer care because there is no such fee in my contract or in the T&C's this to me feels extremely ********

The Manager or nobody at telkom could give a definitive answer as to why such a High rejection fee they are the only company who is robbing customers like this

Is there anybody here who can assist??
