Telkom rejected my lost Cellphone Claim which was insured, I would rate them zero if I could.

Telkom has rejected my claim for a lost cellphone claiming that there was no Telkom sim card / active sim card in the phone at the time of loss. Yes, there was no Telkom sim card but there was another sim card which I have used for years before even taking a contract with them. I recently did a sim swap for the number which was in the phone at the time of loss, they are ****s for saying I lost a phone which had no sim card. Just a few days ago they did not forget to debit me for the same cellphone I lost and Insurance which is proving to be useless at this point.
