Telkom Registered Me on credit Bureu Even though i dont owe them anything
Telkom have registered me on the credit bureau even though I don't owe them anything , I called on Thursday requesting a paid up letter last week and its Tuesday now but I have not received a letter.I am applying for accommodation and due to their incompetence I may not get the place

It has almost been three weeks now and have not received a reply from you , you have caused such an inconvenience in my life .I have spoken to three people already in your company and have all escalated to the relevant department but nothing at all has happened to date
