Telkom Refusing to update profile on credit bureau

Telkom is really useless and pathetic, I have called in more thn 25times, asking them to update credit bureau that I have settled the amount and to provide me with a paid up letter. They are now ignoring my request and making up stories, now this is making a big impact on my credit score. I tried to escalate the issue but nothing is happening. They are very unprofessional bunch
