Telkom refusing to refund me for the data they say I cannot use.
Bought telkom data and now I cannot connect to the Internet using the data, the telkom customer service is telling me I can't use the data and telkom cannot refund me. am regretting taking a contract with telkom it seems service is nothing but *****ing from their customer.
