TELKOM REFUSING TO REFUND ME

I have over a month struggling to get my refund from Telkom, i am always told to wait for the "BACK OFFICE" to resolve it. I was told to wait for 5 - 10 working days days for my money to reflect. i have waited and the time elapsed and they do not even communicate to me, been sending several email's to the manager in a certain branch that goes unanswered and also recently my calls are being ignored. i am always told it has been escalated to management and the financial department. Then when i inquire i am told the funds got rejected on what basis? i am not told anything. I am so tired of following Telkom on what is due to me. I just want my money back
