telkom refusing to refund me

<p>after weeks and speaking to 4 different managers telkom is still not resolving my case or even atttending to it it seems. the most recent team leader I spoke to toni venter after promising to get back to me the same day did not bother, that was last week. today she refuses point blank to speak to me. telkom needs to refund my R7240 today..who do they think they are this is the 4th time ive been overdebited then they make you feel like you inconveniencing them to give your money back. ive come to the conclusion that telkom are a bunch of ******* and *****s ..once I can understand but 4 times is not a councidence..do they just hope that people mite not notice them helping themselves to people accounts. DISCUSTING! </p>
