TELKOM REFUSING TO RECONNECT MY LINE. ***

I was owing Telkom R97, I made a payment, and still, my line is still suspended. I have been calling the technical department for them to uplift the suspension till now, nothing has been done. I am so fed up with this. Paid you guys, why can't I have my services back? I have to work as I have rentals due and I still have to make payment on the Telkom account.
