Telkom refusing to give the tablet I'm paying

I bought a phone at telkom online store was to receive the offer was Samsung z flip and tablet this was 2022 till today I haven't received my tablet and I'm paying for it I've taken from pillar to post I went to shop they said they are not responsible no body is taking responsible at 1st they the tablets were out stock then they changed story telling me different stories telkom is a ****er
