Telkom refusing to cancel my "pre-paid"month-month contract

Telkom refusing to cancel my "pre-paid"month-month contract, not even a 12 contract. Also refusing to send me my recorded phone calls as my proof. Their legal department email doesn't work. And there is no assistance from these email addresses ***, ***, ***.

And they are sending me invoices every month. I don't even stay at the address so I can't even use there services even if I wanted to, yet I'm getting invoiced for something I can't use.
