Telkom refusing to cancel my contract

My contract has already expired and I no longer need it. I have sent a cancellation form to Telkom on 2015-06-10, the case was assigned to number of people who phoned me to ask for reasons for cancellation. I gave them reasons in addition to that the contract has expired but the contract has not been deactivated it is still active until now.
