Telkom refusing to cancel contract

Telkom makes it impossible to cancel a wifi mobile contract. After having spent hours and hours on phone with their agents, they give me a ref # , promise me to escalate my case , but after 6 months nothing is done. I have a list of ref numbers which means nothing.Still they are taking my money every month. They have no representatives in Cape town neither a direct line to their accounts department. The worst possible service i have ever experienced.
