TElkom refusing to activate my sim
<p>I am sitting in hospital without any contact with the outside world because Telkom mobile are refusing to activate my SIM card. My phone was ****** and I am using a patients laptop to send this. We ported my number and got new phone and it still is not activated. Telkom sent me a message on facebook to say it is active and it is NOT. I ave not ecived settings and my phone still says emergency calls only. I cannot set my phone up or call anyone. I work for a newspaper and we write reviews on service. I have just contcated my manager to let him knoe about this. My number which is NOT active is ********** </p>
