Telkom refusing to provide For MX records and C Panel For www. Mgsgroup.co.za. Case# ***9 Cancellation Order #*** or accept transfer request for webhosting.My company emails hosted had not been working since 21 October 2020. I made numerous calls to their technical support and could not be helped. As a result I decided to change the hosting service provider and requested to cancel Email and webhosting . After numerous calls and visiting Telkom Irene Mall Shop. The emails was cancelled on 31 Oct. Telkom is refusing to accept transfer of website sent them numerous times by Axxess , new services. Emails to *** have not been rep**** since 21 October as well as several calls to technical support who keep on referring me hostmaster.
