Telkom refuses to take responsibility for thier poor network in Tongaat

Currently a Telkom customer. I have been without network for the past 3 weeks and Telkom has been very unprofessional in providing its services to us especially residents of Tongaat. Wireless LTE has been down and no one seems to be doing anything even after members of the community have logged complaints. Furthermore telephonic consultants hold us on the line for ages promising the issue will be resolved only to give us a ref number to wait another 3 weeks for the issue to get fixed. We pay our money we deserve a better experience. Telkom has just made it easier for us to cancel our contracts. Well done!
