Telkom refuses to send me my paid up letter

Telkom refuses to give me a paid up letter. I paid off the outstanding balance on my account and was promised a paid up letter by multiple consultants. Now they are stalling and refusing to issue me my paid up letter. Since payment, all I received was poor communication and service from Telkom and this is not the first. I regret taking up their service in the first place.
