Telkom refuses to send me invoices for open amounts.

<p>I have an adsl line with telkom. They keep sending me SMS amounts but refuse to send me a real invoice. Isn't that a legal requirement in South Africa? </p> <p>Now my line is suspended because I don't know where the amounts come from that I have to pay. </p> <p>But I guess telkom is above the law. </p>
