Telkom refuses to resolve query

<p>I lodged a query at the beginning of November regarding the reversal of the test debit charged. Telkom keeps "escalating" this query and keeps charging me without reversal! How is this legal? I did not seek to invest this money so why are they allowed to hold my money without consequence? </p>
