Telkom refuses to resolve my issue for more then 3 months and over 10 long calls

I have contacted Telkom for the last three months and have made more then10 call, to please resolve my non working lan line or refund me for my airtime still available. Repeated they promised to dispatch a wireless device and sim to-date I have received nothing. Repeated call and escalations has not helps.
