Telkom refuses to resolve billing issues and pay back my R2,500

Billing related issues with reference numbers ********** 7 and ********** 1 from 14 July 2018 have not been resolved despite 20+ follow up calls to the call centre, assurances of "escalations to relevant departments" each time and countless visits to branches. Between these queries and my R700 deposit, Telkom owes me over R2,500 of my hard earned money and refuses to resolve the queries and pay me back. This is absolutely unacceptable.
