Telkom refuses to replace ****** cables in Inchanga

Last week Inchanga had its first incident of cable theft. We contacted Telkom to ask when the cables will be replaced and when we will have access to the internet again, to which they rep**** that they will no longer be supplying Inchanga with ADSL internet and they will not replace the cables. They refuse to install Fibre line and we have no LTE signal so we have no other choice for internet apart from 3G which is very expensive. My family has signed a contract with Telkom and other streaming sites but now we have no internet. I would love to have this issue resolved and have word spread about our issues here in Inchanga.
