Telkom refuses to remove obsolete infrastructure

I have been reporting a loose cable in my property with Telkom for the past 4 months. A technician from Open Serve has come to inspect the cable and confirmed that the infrastructure is not in use and must be removed. Since then I've been waiting, I've sent countless queries but no response provided. The loose cable is a safety hazard for my family.
