TELKOM REFUSES TO REFUND EVEN AFTER 5 YEARS OF PROMISES

I discontinued my service with telkom more than 5 years ago. At the time, i had a credit of more than R 24 000 which came about as a result of incorrect billing. Each month they keep debitting this account for a service i dont have. The amount is now whittled down to R12k. Hellkom promised to refund , they provided refernce numbers and confirmations of refund but this never happens. This has been going on for 5 years.

I resorted to twitter and they responded claiming they dont have my references and since then they have gone dead again.

I tried contacting the CEO but the email they have provided on social media bounces back undelivered. ***

Please can some one please help.
