TELKOM refuses to pay me back R700 deposit after 3 months of cancellation.

I cancelled my services with Telkom in September and it took them 3 months to finalize the cancellation because if I didn’t call to make an angry follow up on my request they continued to debit my account while I was Not even using their services. Now I’m asking for my deposit back and they are telling me they will pay it back in January???? That’s a total of 5 months trying to get rid of Telkom. Please help Me get my refund back of R700 I have waited 3 months I’m not waiting another 2 months. I’m tired of calling and fighting these people please help me.
