Telkom refuses to pay a refund due to me

After writing a review on hello Peter about Telkom, they informed me that my query was resolved and that I will get my refund. From February I have been calling and I am told it will be paid in 72 hours. Up until now it was not paid. Every time I call the call center its the same story.
