Telkom refuses to help with cancelation!

Telkom is the worst!!! I go in to shop to cancel contract that has one month left, they tell me to cancel online, online canceling is terrible because the site is bugged and app is bugged doesn't allow to register!! Then I phone 180 option 5 to cancel, the lady on the phone has no intent to help just says I must go in store and cancel and I'm telling her that I did numerous times and they just keep telling me to go online! Telkom has no interest when it comes to canceling because they lose business please stop being so! As if 3 years being with you guys isn't enough?
