Telkom refuses to help me

I have asked Telkom to come and install an ADSL at my premises not only only am I waiting a month now but my order hasn’t even been captured on their system. I phone atleast twice a week and everytime I phone Telkom makes promises to call me back or email me they promise to the ends of the earth and yet here I am still writing this without a single phone call or email? Can somebody please help me! My order number is ***A. I have got all the incident report numbers and case numbers.
