TELKOM REFUSES TO HELP!!!!!

The company I work for has moved offices, for the past MONTH we have been trying to get a technician out to install our lines. I have spoken to everyone from sales, to faults, to installations. WHAT AN INCOMPITENT BUNCH OF FOOLS. Everyone feels that it isn't their job. They just bounce the call from pillar to post until the line gets cut. We are now a month in our new premises and still have no telephone lines. How is a business to function without lines? No matter how hard we try, nobody will help. Terrible service, terrible company. I would sincerely love to walk into one of your call centres and tell you all what I think of your and your management but I am a Christian woman....SHAME ON YOU TELKOM! FOOLS!
