Telkom refuses to engage over refund

After several complaints on Hellopeter, their Facebook page, emails, a complaint lodged at ICASA, a complaint lodged at NCC, a letter written to the DA shadow minister of Communications, Telkom refuses to provide me with any information relating to debiting my bank account for stock they did not have and a refund they owe me. Not even reminding them that they are in violation of the consumer moves them. They completely refuse to take any responsibility for debiting my account and not bothered to return the funds to me.
